What is your guarantee?
We offer a 30-day risk free guarantee on our merchandise.
Shipping and handling costs are not refunded.
Our merchandise is backed by a 30-day risk free guarantee. Non-defective merchandise returns must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. For defective merchandise we will send out a prepaid label to the customer and they will need to call UPS to pick up the merchandise or bring the merchandise in themselves to their nearest UPS store. The prepaid labels are sent via United States Postal Service and can take up to ten days to arrive at the customer's location. For non-defective merchandise the customer will have to pay shipping to return the merchandise. Please note that it is the CUSTOMER'S responsibilty to get box dimensions and send the package back within the guaranteed time. If the item arrives after the 30-day guarantee we cannot issue a credit or exchange. No exceptions.
Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement.
Normal shipping takes 24-48 to process and 5-10 days for delivery, 7-12 days during peak seasons. We ship to the U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska. Items shipped via UPS to the 48 contiguous states. For Hawaii and Alaska we ship priority mail.
Orders shipping UPS 2nd Day Air will be received in 3 - 4 business days including processing (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that orders shipping to AZ, CA, NV & UT usually arrive in four business days (including processing) via standard UPS Ground service and choosing UPS 2nd Day Air may be an unnecessary expense. Orders sub-totaling over $599.99 will not calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart, we will email you with your final order total before processing your order.
CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
*****If the return is older than 30 days we CANNOT authorize a return under any circumstances.
****Please note: We do not accept refused shipments under any circumstances.
****Shipping and handling costs are NOT refunded on damaged or non-damaged merchandise, no exceptions.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery.
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@GardenandHomeDecorSite.com within 15 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny.
All items with a value of $25.00 or more and/or excessive damage claims will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement. If you are unable to furnish a photo, you may request a pre-paid return label, once we have received the merchandise, we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately two weeks.

Canada Post is available for orders shipping to Canada. Rates include shipping, handling, duties and GST. Shipments dispatch weekly on Thursday. Orders must be received by Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. PST in order to ship the same week. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Orders sub-totaling under $74.99 will not calculate the correct shipping costs in the shopping cart; upon processing, your shipping charges will be adjusted to the correct rate as published in the rate table above.
Deliveries to Canada are subject to weight restrictions. Please contact us at support@GardenandHomeDecorSite.com if you would like your order shipped to Canada so we can check on any restrictions.
IS THERE A RESOCKING FEE ON RETURNS?
If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee is incurred.
